Faith has been a professional counsellor since 2003 and has had extensive experience counselling, prayer ministry and teaching the diploma courses of Counselling and Community Services. During this time she has had extensive experience counselling and teaching the Diploma courses of Counselling and Community Services.
Faith has a passion to see people move forward in their lives by looking into unconscious issues which block them from being able to fulfil their dreams and goals.

Counselling Training, Experience and qualifications:
Faith MacFarlane has been a counsellor since 2003. She has worked extensively with individuals, couples, families and children both in an organisation and in her own private practice. She taught a Diploma of Counselling for 3 years, has run and facilitated many groups and programs and has training to operate as both an Individual and Group Counselling Supervisor.
She has an interest in the mind/body connection and finding the underlying causes for stress, anxiety or depression. She has some basic training in neuroscience and has an interest in how trauma can be transferred through the genes through the DNA and influences the DNA expression of a person. Faith enjoys helping people to find the limiting beliefs and mindset that hold them back from fulfilling their full potential.
While she uses a variety of counselling therapy styles and tools, she also specialises in spiritual counselling/mentoring, and offers spiritual interventions if agreed by the client. Spirituality and religion are critical sources of strength for many clients, and can be the bedrock for finding meaning in life. This can be instrumental in promoting health and well-being. She offers Christian biblical counselling if requested.
Faith has worked with clients affected by: abuse, trauma, domestic violence, grief and loss, communication and relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, addictions, self esteem and identity issues.
